Komba Talent is a hybrid PEO (Professional employer organization), BPO (Business process outsourcing), and ASO (Administrative services organization) structure also providing HR, logistics, and facility management, as well as relocation support.

Komba has only employees and does not facilitate payments for contractors and freelancers due to legal, compliance, and operational risks.

Komba Talent is based in Germany and Türkiye.

Setup

Yes. You can upgrade and downgrade office options with a three-month notice.

Setup includes recruitment, orientation, equipment delivery, and office setup(optional).

Setup including talent acquisition may take from one month to three months depending on the role and its requirements.

Talent Acquisition

Your HR team will draft the initial job description with our assistance.

We do the first resume and phone screenings, but the final decision is yours.

We conduct background checks, call the candidates’ references with their consent, check criminal records, and verify their diplomas.

Talent Management

Code of conduct trainings are provided by Komba Talent. The remaining trainings are organized in coordination with you according to your needs and budgeting concerns.

We use special software to track hours and report to you on a weekly basis.

Employees report to you directly for work-related matters and report to Komba Talent for HR-related matters. Komba Talent provides weekly reports including working hours, overtime, holidays, and leaves, as well as special situations.

Equipment

We find reliable providers for the equipment and make sure it is delivered to your workplace.

Office

The facilities include meeting rooms, security, beverage and cleaning services,

Yes, we have the flexibility to upsize offices for seasonal projects.

Your working space is private to you. But the common areas are shared like meeting rooms, bathrooms, and kitchen.

Relocation

Our relocation support services are customized for each company. We offer a range of solutions, such as visa and work permit assistance, fast-track services, and language and cultural training. You can simply choose the ones that match your needs.

Fast-track is a special immigration procedure for skilled workers under the “Beschleunigtes Fachkräfteverfahren” in Germany. It helps speed up the visa and work permit process by coordinating directly with local authorities. This pathway reduces waiting times and makes the relocation process faster and more predictable for both employers and employees.

We do not directly provide housing in the country of relocation. However, we support you by sharing insights about local neighborhoods, living conditions, and by helping you connect with trusted local contacts for your housing search.

Contract

Yes! The talent will render services exclusively for your company.

When hiring remote talent through us, there’s no need for a work visa, your team member can work from their home country, saving you time and avoiding complicated visa procedures.

However, if you choose to relocate your talent, a work visa and permit will be required. In that case, our experienced team will support you every step of the way, ensuring a smooth and efficient relocation process, including visa and work permit applications.

Compliance

We have policies and contractual mechanisms. We sign a confidentiality contract with you. With talents, we sign NDA contracts that have heavy consequences if violated. Also, we carry out trainings in code of conduct including data security and confidentiality. Additionally, we have physical safeguards such as private offices with fingerprint entrances and 24-hour security. We do not permit our employees to work outside with non-secure common wi-fi connections.

Employment law in Türkiye

Yes, it is possible and subject to a mutual agreement with the employee.

Yes. An employee can work on a national holiday subject to additional compensation.

The usual weekly working hours are 45 hours. Overtime is possible and subject to additional compensation and the worker’s consent.

It depends on the time worked. If it is ess than 6 months: 2 weeks, 6 months to 1.5 years: 4 weeks, 1,5 years to 3 years: 6 weeks more than 3 years: 8 weeks

Payment

We send your invoice in US dollars or euros.

No, you get one invoice every month including both services.

Termination

The notice period for termination is 3 months.
